Pale, pure and bright with a hint of lemon. Classic English Bacchus with clear hints to a New World Sauvignon Blanc. Intense aromas of English hedgerows (nettle, elderflower blossom, grass) with citrus and tropical fruit highlights (passion fruit, grapefruit, guava) lent by the long warm summer. Vibrant, fresh acidity, excellent minerality. Aromas translate through to the palate. Very refreshing with a lovely long lingering finish.
